· On departure: An AMS agent — the greeter — welcomes the customer as soon as they arrive at the airport and guides them through baggage check-in. The passenger benefits from "Fast Track" access for quick passage through security checks and assistance during airport formalities. The customer is also offered access to a private lounge (shower access is available in Guadeloupe), then will be accompanied to the boarding gate or the aircraft door, at their convenience.
· On arrival: The customer is met at the aircraft door or at the entrance to the terminal. Cabin luggage is taken care of by the AMS agent. The passenger is accompanied during identity document checks and other mandatory formalities. Support continues through to baggage reclamation. Finally, the customer is escorted to the outside of the terminal, to their chauffeur or other means of transport.
