Arrival Meet & Greet Service

• Greeter will liaise with the passengers’ airline about the arrival time and gate number of their flight
• Passenger will be met as soon as they arrive in arrivals gate or at the entrance of the terminal. (Depending on Aircraft parking position)
• Passenger will be escorted through Passport Control, Security, Customs, and other airport formalities.
• Passenger will be assisted with their luggage’. Basic forfait is for 1 bag per passenger, possibility to get a porter in case of additional
bag.
• Having liaised with your onward transport provider, Greeter will escort the passengers to their waiting driver / transportation.

Departure Meet & Greet Service

• Greeter will meet the passenger on arrival at the airport & assist through luggage check-in.
• Passenger will be assisted with their luggage’. Basic forfait is for 1 bag per passenger, possibility to get a porter in case of additional
bag.
• Luggage assistance on this location is an add-on with extra charge; however, rate for this have been added on above mentioned price.
• Passenger will be escorted through immigration, Security, Customs and other airport formalities.
• Passenger will be escorted until departure gate.
